Potato and Fragata olive pastries

Ingredients:

Preparation:

  1. In a bowl, mix the mashed boiled potato with the grated mozzarella, egg, chopped jalapeño chilli, olives, salt, pepper, finely chopped garlic and ham.
  2. Make into balls and shape into patties.
  3. Roll the balls in breadcrumbs and fry in hot olive oil until golden.
  4. Serve with sour cream and coriander.
