General Terms and Conditions of Sale: The Fragata brand and its products marketed on this website, as well as Infusiones Susarón S.L., with tax ID number B24276388, located at Av. del Pilar, 6, 41530 Morón de la Frontera – Seville, which is responsible for the invoicing of sales made through this website and holds the rights in conjunction with the banking institution providing payment services, are owned by GRUPO ÁNGEL CAMACHO, S.L. (hereinafter referred to as GAC), with tax ID number B41254137, located at Av. del Pilar, 6, 41530 Morón de la Frontera – Seville.

Infusiones Susarón S.L. and its online customers establish a commercial relationship through the website www.fragata.es, which involves the sale of Fragata products, including various types of olives and pickles, clearly defined in terms of characteristics and prices. Shipping costs are included in the latter.

By accepting the “General Terms and Conditions of Sale” during the purchase process, customers acknowledge and agree to them. Product sales are limited exclusively to Spanish territory, including the Balearic and Canary Islands, but excluding Ceuta and Melilla. Please note that all purchases made through the Fragata website will be invoiced by Infusiones Susarón S.L., tax ID B24276388, a company owned by GAC.

2. Payment Methods:
The Fragata website offers three payment methods:

1. Credit or debit card
2. PayPal
3. Bizum

In all cases, neither Infusiones Susarón S.L. nor GAC is responsible for any issues arising from either the banking institution or the PayPal platform. Each user must resolve any incident directly with the respective provider.

3. Product Prices and Shipping:
All product prices listed on www.fragata.es are in Euros and include VAT. Upon request, an invoice can be issued and sent once the purchase is completed. To request it, contact dpo@acamacho.com.
Shipping costs must be covered by the buyer and are automatically calculated during the checkout process by entering the correct postal code.
Shipping fees by zone are: €2.99 for mainland Spain, €5.99 for the Balearic Islands, and €8.99 for the Canary Islands.

Infusiones Susarón S.L. and GAC are not responsible for special import and/or customs duties in the Canary Islands, which are to be borne by the buyer. If the buyer refuses to pay them, the order will be returned to the sender.

If the order total exceeds €25 (excluding shipping and outside of special promotions), shipping will be FREE within mainland Spain.
Delivery times range from 24 to 72 hours:

• Between 24 and 48 hours for mainland Spain
• Between 48 and 72 hours for the Balearic and Canary Islands
  No deliveries will be made to Ceuta and Melilla.
  Orders placed on the eve of public holidays, Sundays, or long holiday periods will be prepared on the next working day.
  The parcel delivery service will be handled by Correos Express.

4. Order Receipt:
The order will be delivered to the address provided by the customer. If an error is found in the address, Correos Express will contact the customer to resolve the delivery issue, potentially offering pickup at a local Correos office.
The customer is responsible for collecting any undelivered package due to absence at the time of delivery. In such cases, the courier will leave a “Pickup Notice” to collect the package from the corresponding office.
The recipient must refuse any package that arrives open or tampered with.

5. Return and Refund Policy:
Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving the order, provided that the products are damaged or do not match the order.
To initiate a return, contact GAC at dpo@acamacho.com to request pickup and a full refund, including shipping costs, using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

6. Customer Service Policy:

7. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution:
Any disputes arising from the commercial relationship between the parties—GAC on one side and the final customer on the other—will be resolved in court or, where possible, through an out-of-court agreement.
