Ingredients:
- 50 g Fragata “Homemade style” marinated olives
- 500 g boiled potato
- 125 g grated mozzarella
- 1 egg
- 1 jalapeño chilli
- 2 garlic cloves
- 80 serrano ham in small dice
- 1.5 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- Breadcrumbs or panko
- Olive oil
- Sour cream
- Coriander
Preparation:
- In a bowl, mix the mashed boiled potato with the grated mozzarella, egg, chopped jalapeño chilli, olives, salt, pepper, finely chopped garlic and ham.
- Make into balls and shape into patties.
- Roll the balls in breadcrumbs and fry in hot olive oil until golden.
- Serve with sour cream and coriander.
