Fake salmon maki with Fragata olives

Ingredients:

Preparation:

  1. Chop the olives, peppers, eggs, capers and pickled gherkins into small dice.
  2. Mix with the cheese and add the chopped chives.
  3. Lay the salmon slices on a piece of cling film, spread the cheese and olive cream and place the avocado in the centre.
  4. Roll up and set aside in the freezer so that it sets but does not freeze.
  5. Mix the mayonnaise with the soy sauce.
  6. Serve the sliced salmon together with the soy mayonnaise and some tender lettuce leaves.
