Ingredients:
- Anchovy stuffed green Manzanilla olives
- Smoked salmon
- Cream cheese
- 1 avocado
- Piquillo peppers
- Capers
- Pickled gherkins
- Hard-boiled egg
- Chives
- Mayonnaise
- Soy sauce
Preparation:
- Chop the olives, peppers, eggs, capers and pickled gherkins into small dice.
- Mix with the cheese and add the chopped chives.
- Lay the salmon slices on a piece of cling film, spread the cheese and olive cream and place the avocado in the centre.
- Roll up and set aside in the freezer so that it sets but does not freeze.
- Mix the mayonnaise with the soy sauce.
- Serve the sliced salmon together with the soy mayonnaise and some tender lettuce leaves.
