4 very ripe tomatoes
1 stick of celery
1/2 red chilli
6 Fragata pitted green olives
1 lemon
1tbsp vodka
1tsp horseradish (optional)
A few shakes of tabasco (to taste)
1 tsp worcestershire sauce
Peel, seed and chop the tomatoes.
Finely chop the remaining ingredients and mix together carefully.
Once mixed, squeeze the lemon juice over the mixture and add the lemon zest.
Stir in the vodka.
Adjust the flavour with the tabasco and Worcestershire sauce to taste.
Serve and enjoy!
