Our olives & pickles brand FRAGATA, in its continuous commitment to offer solutions to the needs of its consumers, expands its select olives range with several novelties that have been launched in March.
Among the new products are the whole green anchovy-flavoured “Pelotín” olives, packed in an attractive and convenient glass jar (360/200g) with a “twist-off” lid. The “Pelotín” olive is the table olive of the Queen variety characterised by its extra small size or calibre, very fine and fleshy texture, clear green colour and small pit. The new FRAGATA olives have a rich anchovy flavour, are smooth and perfect to enjoy as a snack or appetiser.
In addition, the range of marinated green olives has been updated with some delicious, traditional flavours: homemade style, classic style, grandfather’s style, market garden, “Gazpacha” style, spicy “Extremeño” style and Sevillian style. The latter two dressings are real novelties, with the “Extremeño” style offering a combination of split green olives with lemon, garlic, paprika, bay leaf, oregano and cayenne, while the Sevillian recipe is composed of split green olives with red peppers, garlic and various spices.
To culminate these new releases, FRAGATA presents the innovative “reduced salt” green olives, which have 35% less salt and are thus the most natural alternative to the growing demand for products with less salt, without renouncing a truly delicious taste.
