What is the water footprint?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The water footprint is defined as the amount of water consumed, evaporated, or contaminated per unit mass of the final product, regardless of its origin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Olives FRAGATA sponsors the Mor\u00f3n Basketball Club #FragataconelDeporte<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The hobby of basketball is very important in Mor\u00f3n de la Frontera and since 2013 and within its policy of commitment to society, FRAGATA decided to join this club and become the main sponsor of the \u201cAceitunas Fragata Mor\u00f3n\u201d. We support all categories of the club, from the first team to the more than 100 children and young people who compete in lower categories.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the 2014-2015 season, Aceitunas Fragata Mor\u00f3n managed to advance to the LEB PLATA LEAGUE and currently the Club has become a \u201creference in basketball at both the regional and provincial levels.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n

We are active participants in several initiatives and institutions dedicated to providing food to individuals and families in need. This work has become particularly relevant today, with a significant reduction in income for many Spanish families who now depend heavily on provisions and assistance provided by organisations such as food banks or C\u00e1ritas at the local level, such as the convent of the Sisters of the Company of the Cross in Mor\u00f3n de la Frontera (Seville), where children in vulnerable situations are cared for.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n

Seville Food Bank Foundation<\/h6>\n\n\n\n

\u00c1ngel Camacho Alimentaci\u00f3n has been honoured by the Seville Food Bank Foundation in recognition of collaboration that began 18 years ago and which, in just the last two years, has resulted in the delivery of over 200 tonnes of food.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

“Andalusians sharing”<\/h6>\n\n\n\n

This is an initiative by the Cajasol Foundation and L\u00e1ndaluz, launched in 2013 and involving 15 major Andalusian companies and brands, including Fragata and La Vieja F\u00e1brica<\/strong>, providing essential foodstuffs to disadvantaged people. <\/strong>Distribution is carried out in collaboration with various social organisations such as C\u00e1ritas, the Food Bank, social grocery stores, and dining facilities, among others.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

NO WASTE IN FOOD, MAKE THE MOST OF IT<\/h6>\n\n\n\n

It is estimated that each year one-third of the food produced globally for human consumption is lost or wasted: more than 1.3 billion tonnes of food that never reach the final consumer. In Spain, 2.9 million tons of food end up in household waste annually. Conscious of this issue, the Spanish Association of Manufacturers and Distributors (AECOC), of which \u00c1ngel Camacho Alimentaci\u00f3n is a member, is leading a pioneering campaign in Europe to curb food waste, set out in a collaboration agreement signed by a hundred companies and associations related to the food sector. <\/strong>This agreement is supported by the Public Administration and the Spanish Federation of Food Banks (FESBAL). The project has two main objectives, supported by adherence by participants to a collection of 10 best practices aimed at: Reducing waste throughout the entire food chain and optimising the use of any “surplus” produced along the value chain.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
